10/15/2019 - leaf pickup for 2019 begins on October 21 and runs through November 21. Pickup for our neighborhood is on Wednesdays (Oct 23, Oct 30, Nov 6, Nov13, and Nov 20).

10/04/2018 - Schwartzmiller Ground Maintenance will assume the landscaping/lawncare contract for our HOA and take over service from Sugarwood.

09/27/2017 - Curbside Leaf Collection - The Township's annual leaf collection Program will be offered starting Wednesday, October 25 for the Concord Green Area and run every Wednesday through December 1. Residents are reminded to rake or deposit all leaves at the curb or edge or property where collection will take place by Township personnel. Under no circumstances are leaves to be raked or deposited on the street. Township ordinances strictly prohits the burning of leaves. Questions regarding collection can be directed to the Public Works Department at 724-745-1404.
08/15/2017 - Please note, the Gazebo has been reserved for a private party on Sunday, September 17, 2017 and is not avaialble to the public or other residents.
04/05/2017 - grass cutting will start mid April. Mow Mulch & More was awarded the landscaping lawn care contract for the year. They will be removing the old mulch from the mulch beds and replacing it with fresh/new mulch. Prior to mulching the bushes, shrubs etc., will be trimmed. A communication will be sent out on specific dates when those details are finalized (that information will also be available on the website). As a reminder, residents are permitted to remove or plant anything they would like within the mulch bed areas. Approval is needed for the replacement or removal of any item in the grass area.
03/27/2017 - You should have received a new 64-gallon recycling bin from Waste Management the last week of March. Start using your new bin for recycling collection beginning April 3, 2017. You can find more information on the document in the 'HOA Documents & Info' section of this website.
01/09/2017 - You may have received a door tag on your door from NPL Construction concerning your gas service. NPL explained that Columbia Gas increased the pressure in the gas line, and as a result a modification/change to the gas meter needs to be made. Contact NPL to schedule the work to be done on a date and time convenient for you. Your gas will be shut off for 15 to 20 minutes while they complete the work, and NPL will make sure your gas appliances are lit prior to leaving.
01/05/2017 - There will be a resident HOA meeting that all residents are invited to attend. The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 19. An email has been sent out with additional details (location, discussion items, etc.). A printed flyer will also be distributed to each residence and posted at each mailbox location as well (for those without email).
12/12/2016 - Landscape and Snow Removal - our current contract is with Sidelines Tree Service, LLC. Snow removal and salting was not addressed this past weekend. We're working with Sidelines to identify our current terms/conditions of the contract. This is obviously a safety concern, and one we're working to address ASAP. An update will follow.
- Light dusting of snow or possibility of ice - Sidelines will salt the common sidewalk on Woodlawn and Trillium, the access roads to those residents with garages in the rear, and the parking lots.
